Common questions from trade buyers

Is there a minimum order quantity?
We don't publish a fixed minimum. It depends on the model and the size run you need. Send us your list on WhatsApp and we'll tell you straight away whether we can fill it.
What sizes do you stock?
EU 36 to 47 across the range, held as full size runs. If you need a specific size in volume, ask before you order and we'll confirm what's on the shelf.
Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?
Yes — we ship nationwide, across Peninsular Malaysia and to Sabah and Sarawak. Freight is charged to the buyer, and East Malaysia costs more and takes longer than the Peninsular. We'll quote freight with your order.
What are your payment terms?
Agreed per order and per account rather than fixed. Tell us how your business normally pays and we'll discuss it when we quote.
Can you supply certification documents?
Yes. Our M Star safety shoes carry EN ISO 20345:2011 CE marking, and we can request the manufacturer's declaration of conformity if your site or client needs it on file. Ask when you enquire.
Can I see the stock before I order?
Yes — visit the showroom Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Call ahead on +60 11-3606 8808 if you want a specific model out and ready when you arrive.
